General Conditions of Sale

These General Conditions apply to all users of the website. They do not affect your statutory rights. Please also consult the Legal Notice and Deliveries screens. We reserve the right to alter these General Conditions at any time. Any alterations will come into effect on the date on which they are displayed on the website. You are asked to read and to accept them each time you place an order.

Delivery / carriage charges

We make every effort to ensure the lowest possible delivery charges. You only pay the carriage charges once per order, however many products you have ordered.

The carriage charges are added automatically before you confirm your order.

Payment and prices

The total amount payable for your order is calculated on the basis of the products ordered, plus the carriage charges. The latter will be clearly indicated in your basket before you confirm your order.

R4 Mania makes every effort to ensure that the information on the website is accurate, but we cannot guarantee that errors will not occur. If we discover an error in the price, description or available quantity of a product which you have ordered from us, we will contact you and offer you a replacement product.

All of the prices on this website are given in Euros. VAT is not included and you may be required to pay VAT by Customs.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order by sending an email to contact @ r4carte-mania.fr at any time before the dispatch of your parcel.

You can also cancel the contract at any time within 7 working days of the receipt of your order by sending an email notification of your wish to cancel to contact @ r4-mania.com, specifying your surname, first name and address.

If you have already received the products: return the articles to us unopened (the cost of returning the articles is at your charge unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part).

We will reimburse you the purchase price of the products, excluding carriage charges if the products have already been dispatched.

In the case of an unjustified cancellation or of products not being returned in a pristine state, we reserve the right to invoice you for the costs incurred, which may amount to the total cost of your order.

These General Conditions of Sale are subject to the legislation and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Island of Jersey, Channel Islands, United Kingdom. We make every effort to respect the rights of consumers, regardless of their country of residence.

We will not provide information about you to any third-party company.

We will guard your contact details with all due care, although we cannot guarantee that they will be perfectly secure.

Other conditions and modalities may apply in the case of competitions, advance orders and other services and promotions. If this is the case, you will be notified within an appropriate time-frame.

These General Conditions apply only to this website. All other websites which you access from this website are governed by their own terms and conditions. We can accept no legal responsibility for the content or functioning of websites which are not under our control.
